Principal's Message

As we come to the end of Term 1, I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank every member of our school community for your hard work, commitment, and support over the past months.

It has been a busy and productive start to the year, and I am incredibly proud of the way our students have approached their learning with enthusiasm and resilience. Our staff have shown dedication and care in everything they do, and our families continue to provide invaluable support that strengthens our community.

This term has been filled with many achievements, both big and small. We have welcome 85 foundation students and their families into our school, completed in swimming carnivals, inducted House Captains and Peet Support Leaders, opened a student led canteen, begun State School Spectacular rehearsals, celebrated Harmony Week and so much more! It is wonderful to see our school thriving. Thank you all for the role you have played in making this possible.

I would also like to take this time to acknowledge Arvo on the Green that was held last Saturday. I had a ‘proud Principal’ moment as I walked around seeing our amazing community all in the one place. Such good vibes! Huge thanks to FOKPS, local businesses and the parent volunteers who made this happen.

As we head into the holiday break, I hope everyone takes the opportunity to rest, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends. For those who celebrate, I wish you a very Happy Easter.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for another exciting term ahead.

Emma

Class Captains of 2026

Dear Kingsville families,

Congratulations to all of the students who courageously nominated themselves for the Student Representative Council (SRC) in 2026!

Here is a list of the students who were elected by their peers as their ‘Class Captain’ and were presented their SRC badges at last week’s assembly. I look forward to working together on actions that help our school community and beyond.

The SRC meets once a week during lunch-eating times, and I am thankful to these students for volunteering to give up some of their personal time to help our school.

Kind regards,

Lucy
