Principal's Message

This week, we wish our Grade 5 and 6 students an incredible time as they head off on their Canberra Camp adventure!

Canberra offers a unique opportunity for students to bring their classroom learning to life. Throughout the week, they will visit some of Australia's most significant national institutions, including Parliament House, the Australian War Memorial, the National Museum of Australia and many other important landmarks that help shape our nation's history and identity.

Beyond the educational experiences, camp provides students with valuable opportunities to build independence, strengthen friendships, develop resilience and create lasting memories with their peers. These shared experiences often become some of the highlights of primary school and contribute greatly to students' personal growth and confidence.

A huge thank you to our dedicated staff who have generously given their time to accompany the camp and ensure our students have a safe, engaging and memorable experience.

We wish all of our students safe travels, wonderful weather, lots of learning and plenty of fun. We look forward to hearing about their adventures and seeing the many stories, photos and reflections they bring back to share with our school community.

Enjoy every moment, Grade 5 and 6 students – Canberra awaits!

Student Reports in light of recent Industrial Action

We will be providing student achievement reports for Semester 1 this year as usual.

The reports will be distributed on June 25th 2026.

The reports will continue to provide important details about student learning attainment, but full descriptive comments will not be included as a result of industrial action taken earlier this term by the Australian Education Union.

We will of course be pleased to discuss with you your child’s progress and as always, you can contact your child's teacher to arrange a meeting.

Full reporting, including our Continuous Reporting schedule, will begin again in Term 3.
